Founder & Behind The Scenes Storytelling with LizFlorals

Client

About

LizFlorals is a premium floral design studio specialising in weddings, corporate events, and bespoke floral installations. Known for its refined aesthetic and large-scale event capabilities, the brand operates in a highly visual and emotionally driven category where trust, taste, and consistency are key to conversion.

As a service-led business with multiple audience segments—from brides to corporate clients—LizFlorals required a content system that could communicate both artistry and operational expertise, while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across platforms.

Challenge

Prior to engagement, LizFlorals’ content lacked a clear strategic structure, with cross-posting across multiple pages and audience types diluting brand clarity. Bridal, corporate, and educational content were often presented without distinct messaging, making it harder for potential clients to immediately understand the studio’s full range of capabilities.

Additionally, floral services are high-consideration purchases driven by trust, aesthetics, and perceived expertise. The brand needed content that not only showcased finished work, but also elevated the founder’s authority, demonstrated process depth, and educated potential clients—while still remaining visually compelling and platform-native for short-form formats.

Our Process

We developed a four-pillar content framework to bring structure, clarity, and strategic intent to LizFlorals’ social presence.

  • Under Founder Focused, we positioned the founder as the creative authority through behind-the-scenes insights, decision-making moments, and storytelling that built trust.

  • Corporate pillar showcased professionalism, scale, and reliability for brand and event partnerships.

  • The BTS pillar highlighted emotional, high-impact event transformations to attract bridal client.

  • Informational pillar focused on education, covering floral selection, event planning insights, and value-driven tips to nurture high-intent audiences.

This structured approach ensured each piece of content served a defined business objective rather than existing as purely aesthetic output. From content planning and scripting to shoot direction and platform optimisation, we aligned visuals, messaging, and posting strategy to create a cohesive feed that reinforced LizFlorals’ premium positioning while supporting lead generation across multiple client segments.

Content Showcase

Founder Focused

This piece brings audiences behind the veil, introducing Liz as a florist and telling her story in a short-form format. We focused on narrative intimacy, letting viewers into the real, raw moments of floral artistry and business ownership. Warm tones and handheld-style cinematography convey honesty and passion.

Corporate

Here, we leaned into elevated storytelling. Through a stylized, editorial flow, this video captures the transformation of raw materials into a complete corporate setup. Through a visual hook used in editing coupled with a timer countdown, the aim with the video was to introduce Liz’s offerings to potential corporate customers.

Behind The Scenes

Rather than just showing the final floral set-ups, this BTS reel documents the creative chaos and collaboration required to pull off large-scale productions. It humanizes the brand, spotlighting team dynamics and the “effort behind elegance.” It also acts as a trust-building content format for potential clients.

Informational

Short, clean, and purposeful, this video gives a peek and tips into how brides should approach moodboarding with their florist. It positions the brand as conceptually driven, helping educate clients on how aesthetic decisions are made. It doubles as both educational and credibility-building content.
