Creating a Clearer Social Media Identity for PawPal

Client

About

PawPal is a premium pet bed brand focused on combining comfort, design, and functionality for modern pet owners. As the brand looked to strengthen its presence on social media, it needed a more consistent way to communicate both its product benefits and its personality across content.

MajorForm was engaged to help shape that presence, developing a clearer visual and editorial system for the brand. From establishing a consistent visual language across fonts, colours, and graphic treatments to defining repeatable content pillars, the goal was to make PawPal’s social content more recognisable, useful, and commercially effective.

Challenge

For premium pet brands, the challenge is rarely just getting the product seen. It is creating enough distinction and trust for customers to understand why the product deserves a place in their home, especially in a category where many alternatives can appear similar at first glance.

PawPal needed a content approach that could communicate product value without becoming overly sales-led, while still giving the brand enough consistency to become recognisable over time. The challenge was therefore to build a social content system that could balance education, entertainment, community, and e-commerce — while maintaining a cohesive premium brand identity.

Our Process

MajorForm first developed a more consistent visual language for PawPal across social content, including the use of defined fonts, colours, graphic devices, and recurring design cues. This created a stronger foundation for brand recognition and gave different content formats a more cohesive look and feel.

From there, we built a broader content framework around several recurring pillars. Educational content helped explain product features and pet-related considerations; vox-pop formats brought in more relatable and conversational perspectives; customer stories and profiles added authenticity and social proof; and e-commerce-focused creatives were developed to communicate product benefits more directly and support conversion. Together, these pillars gave PawPal a more structured content engine that could serve both brand-building and commercial objectives.
